Kevin Cook, a local naturalist and long time columnist for The Coloradoan will be discussing nature and our constant struggle to preserve it. “Everything wild seems to get in our way, and everything human seems to generate conflict with nature. Only by taking action can problems be resolved.”

Cook has also been conducting monthly nature programs at the Fort Collins Library, since 1991. He teaches natural history courses for the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at CSU, as well as seminars for the Rocky Mountain Conservancy at RMNP.

This event is free to the public.
Social hour starts at 6 pm, speaker starts at 7 pm. All are welcome.
