Learning to knit is a lot of fun, and not nearly as difficult as you might think. Whether you’ve never held a pair of needles before or you used to knit and need a refresher, this is the class for you! In this class learn how to cast-on, bind-off, knit, purl, and more. Once you learn the basic stitches, you’ll be well on your way to creating gorgeous handmade hats, scarves, mittens, and more.

Purchase a Learn to Knit Kit for $10. Here’s what’s included:

-1 ball of wool or wool-blend yarn

-1 pair of bamboo knitting needles

Lindsay Smith has taught over 200 people to knit and loves teaching beginners. Back home in Florida, she helped manage a yarn store and taught knitting and crochet classes. For the past 3 years, she has worked full time designing online courses about yarn crafts at a publishing company in Fort Collins. She teaches knitting classes and private lessons in her free time.
