Good Carver with Frail Talk and Logan Farmer

February 17, 2023 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Join us for a very special evening of curated music at the Publick House. Suggested donation of $10 for the music in our upstairs space (not ADA accessible).
Formed in the foothills of Northern Colorado in late 2019, Alex Woodchek and Corey Wright of Frail Talk are creating a blooming universe of squiggly indie music for squiggly people. Written with the same magic as a walk through the woods on an October morning, their songs spring up from the dirt with folk roots, soft pop colors, and burgeoning lyricism ready to welcome every listener with daydream-love.
Logan Farmer is a singer-songwriter and producer based in Fort Collins, Colorado. Featuring contributions from harpist Mary Lattimore and ambient jazz pioneer Joseph Shabason, his new album A Mold For The Bell (Western Vinyl) is a quiet meditation on memory and global crises through a shadowed lens of stark and ambient folk music. Tape Op calls his work “pretty much perfect .. beautifully recorded with deep but sparse arrangements”. Brooklyn Vegan says it’s “eerie.. atmospheric”.
Good Carver is a minimalist folk project out of Fort Collins, CO focusing on intimate, reflective recordings and performances.
