Literature of the Earth presented by SAVA

SAVA will be guiding the group through our fall read, at Wolverine Farm, August 24th, 6-8 in the evening. Hannah and Kaylee will present on what SAVA does, and we will select one book out of three to discuss in late October, with a mid-point check-in and discussion in late September. The books: Seam, by Tarifa Faizullah; Beartown, by Fredrik Backman, and Know My Name, by Chanel Miller. In conversation with the non profit, The Growing Project, the group will be looking at Adrienne Maree Brown’s Emergent Strategy- a profound guidebook on a variety of approaches to social justice.
