Meatless Mondays cooking classes p/b Heart Centered Wellness

Join for a once a month healthy cooking class featuring vegetarian options to celebrate “Meatless Monday”. Cut out meat one day a week! Join Sarah Morales, RD Nutritionist, for a scrumptious meatless feast and learn more about the benefits of plant-based eating – for your health, the environment, and for your grocery budget!

Some recipes vegan, some recipes gluten-free, some include dairy – all are promised to be delicious. Class will be held upstairs at the beautiful Wolverine Farm Letterpress and Publick House*. Bring your family, friends, and enjoy a relaxing start to your week while you learn and eat! Fun, food, and door prizes at each class!

Featured recipes to include: Vegan Sheperd’s Pie; Roasted Winter Vegetable Salad with Feta, Pumpkin Seeds and Basil Vinaigrette; Potato Leek Soup; Pumpkin Chili; Cranberry Apple Quinoa Salad; & Butternut Pumpkin Tofu Pie.

Meatless Monday is an international movement focused on skipping meat one day a week – good for your health and even better for the planet.

*Beer, wine, and other beverages are available for purchase downstairs.
