Mindful Writing Workshop with Courtney Zenner

An opportunity to practice mindfulness through informal writing exercises, facilitated by Wolverine Farm Publick House Writer-in-Residence Courtney Zenner. No experience necessary; beginners (and all others) are welcome. RSVP if possible to czenner@gmail.com. Bring a notebook and pen. Please arrive early so that we may begin promptly at 7:30

About the facilitator: Courtney Zenner is a nonfiction writer. She was a Writing Fellow at Barnard College and a Bowie Fellow at the Lighthouse Writers Workshop in Denver. Her work has appeared in The Sun and Sabal. She is currently writing a memoir about the legacy of mental illness in her family, a story set in the countryside of Vietnam, a Zen monastery in Southwestern France, the streets of New York City, and the suburbs of Denver. She practices mindfulness meditation in the Zen Buddhist tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. She lives in Fort Collins with her family.
