Modes of Writing with Nick Jaina

July 1, 2019 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Nick Jaina likes to remind you that writing is not just something that happens in your head. Writing also comes from your body, from your emotions, from your ancestors, from the collective unconscious. When we put too much pressure on our poor little brains we sometimes seize up and think that our writing is inadequate and mundane. When we reach out to these other realms of creation we can enrich our writing and make progress that gives us confidence.

If you’re interested in having writing be a bigger part of your life, this is the workshop for you. All levels are welcome. The emphasis is on positive creation, feeling safe in your emotions, finding your own voice and expressing it.
Bring a pen and paper or a laptop. It is okay. We will create together.

Ticket price: $20
