Poetry Reading in the Courtyard

Join us in the courtyard for a reading by local poet, Jack Martin, and three visiting poets!
Jack Martin lives in Ft. Collins, Colorado. He teaches high school in Arvada, Colorado. Across the past twenty years or so, his poems have appeared in many journals including Agni, Ploughshares, Georgia Review, Colorado Review, Diagram, and Matter.
Sarah Murphy rode out the pandemic in California, her home state. In the fall, she will resume her other life in Florida, where she teaches English at Jacksonville University. Her poetry has appeared most recently in Passengers Journal.
Jolie Clark’s poetry and fiction has appeared in Hayden’s Ferry Review and New England Review. She placed first in a National Writer’s Union contest and won the Intro Journals award through the AWP. She lives in Oakland CA with her daughter, one dog, two cats and chronic sense of uncertainty.
Ted Lardner’s poetry and nonfiction have appeared in Pleiades, Missouri Review Poem of the Week, and Blue Fifth Review. He teaches writing and literature at Cleveland State University. He owns two dogs. Most recently, an essay and poems were published in “Geographies of Justice” from About Place Journal (https://aboutplacejournal.org/issues/geographies-of-justice/layers-what-came-before/ted-lardner/).
