The Art of Letter Writing

Join Wolverine Farm for an afternoon learning the art of letter writing! We’ll talk about what makes a good letter, look at some examples of memorable letters, and then write our own using typewriters and calligraphy pens.

You will also have the opportunity to print your own stationery with Line-O-Scribe tabletop proof press!

Class includes stationery, stamps, and pens. Write a letter to yourself, your friends or family, your favorite organization, or your least favorite politician. Bring your address book or use our list!

Class taught by Wolverine Farm’s director Todd Simmons and letterpress printer Jes Crouch. Advance registration is required, class is limited to 20 students.
