Nick Marx is Associate Professor of Film and Media Studies in the Department of Communication Studies at Colorado State University, where he researches and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in media studies, broadcast history, cultural theory, and political media. He grew up in Milwaukee, WI, completing both his BA and PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, but he has called Fort Collins home for nearly a decade.  That’s Not Funny is his fourth book.
