Women Who Submit Lit

Women Who Submit is a supportive group encouraging women and nonbinary writers to submit their creative work for publication. In this meeting, writers (any genre, any level of experience) will discuss challenges, hurdles, and joys of the submission process, then spend 20-30 minutes of time working toward their own individual submission goals. This can look like submitting your work using your laptop, reading a new literary journal to see if your work might fit, or any other goal you bring with you. This group is supportive & communal, and though we do not workshop one another’s work, may give feedback on cover letters and other elements of the submission process. Feel free to bring a laptop (for submission work), examples of favorite literary journals (to explore or share), and all of your questions about submitting your work.
