Two Stories: A Special Storytelling and Musical Performance 7/27 @7pm

Two Chicano folk singers share their different experiences, personal stories and what brings them together through intimate solo performances.

Two Stories” is a listening room show held at Wolverine Farm Publick House in Fort Collins on 316 Willow Street. The special event will feature two Chicano folk singers that share their different stories and experiences in the Colorado music scene, as well as their personal philosophy. Antonio Lopez is a well known staple and Colorado Native sharing his zen like approach to unity while evoking strong lyric driven metaphors to speak on love, following your passion, coming together as people. Angel Corsi, a Colorado Transplant, brings his fiery and brooding performance style with visceral, direct lyrics on identity, politics and matters of the heart. Angel’s inspirations will be on full display through his urban and gritty cityscapes, while in contrast Antonio’s humble, hard working hands, and gentle approach flows like the Colorado rivers, but what brings them together is being P.O.C folksingers sharing songs in a genre that is not usually accessible or common to voices like theirs.

Don’t miss “Two Stories” where Angel Corsi and Antonio Lopez perform for a pin drop quiet audience with a donation based ticket price. (Suggested $20) Saturday – July 27th, 2024 in the Fort Collins.
